Sky Islands
Last updated July 19, 2026
The Sky Islands are three floating islands that hang above the middle of the map, each reached by climbing a Sky Rope. They are prized for Crystal and Gold and for the Gods that sit on them, but they are also some of the most contested spots in the game, since a tribe can break the rope and cut you off.
Feather Island

Feather Island is the first and lowest of the three, with blue trees, bushes, and crystal rocks and a large waterfall pouring off its edge. It holds the Miserable God and several Crystal Lodes, which makes it a strong source of Crystal. Two Sky Ropes run from here: one down to the lower island and one up to Sun Island.
Sun Island

Sun Island is the middle floating island, grassy with yellow trees and golden rocks. Its Ancient Tree gives a huge amount of Essence, which makes the island a favourite spot for farming levels, planting crops, and mining Gold. It also holds the Crystal Guardian. You can reach it across the Sky Rope from Feather Island or through the portal in the Queen Ant Den, and there is a small cave in the hole beneath the Ancient Tree.
Ancient Tree

The Ancient Tree is a ginormous tree that is located in the center of Sun Island. The Ancient Tree has 30,000 health which takes roughly 5 minutes to chop it down with a God Axe. Upon destruction, the Ancient Tree drops 99 Essence (990 exp). The Ancient Tree also resides above a hole that leads straight down below, a cave can be accessed inside that hole as well. There are 2 quests for the Ancient Tree, both requiring you to chop the Ancient Tree one or three times.
Crystal Island

Crystal Island is the highest of the three and the hardest to reach. It has a sandy, rocky surface with large glowing crystal rocks and three smaller floating islands around it. It is home to the Lonely God and holds a good haul of Crystal, up to 19 if you harvest all the lodes and the Crystal Bantae. The only way in, is to drop a Spirit Key into the Spirit Lock on Sun Island, which builds a temporary bridge across to it.
See the World page for the rest of the map, or the Gods page for the three Gods found up here.
