Pets are companions that follow you around and occasionally drop resources on their own, without any fighting or farming required.
Mojo Shop Pets
Shelly Friend is the main pet currently available through the Mojo Shop. It's one of the cheaper Mojo purchases and a solid pick for some passive resource gathering while you play.

Achievement Pets
Some pets aren't bought or found during events, they're earned by completing achievements.
Phoenix is the reward for the Rebirth Crazy achievement, earned by rebirthing 30 times. It mostly drops Fire Hide, with occasional Raw Gold and a rare Void Shard or Raw Magnetite.
Banto Pet is the reward for the Expedition Master achievement, earned by travelling 200,000m on an animal. It shares Shelly Friend's drop pattern, mostly Raw Iron with occasional Raw Adurite, Crystal Chunk, or Raw Magnetite.
Event Pets
Most other pets are event-only and aren't stocked in the Mojo Shop on an ongoing basis. If you already own one, it still works exactly the same, but you can't get a fresh copy outside of that event returning.
Lil Void Boi is an event pet that mostly drops Jelly or Obsidian, with an occasional Void Shard.
Bear Pet is an event pet that mostly drops Gold or Raw Iron, with occasional Crystal Chunk or Void Shard.
Reaper Pet is an event pet that mostly drops Coal, with occasional Void Shard and a rare chance at a Haunted Spirit.
Penguin Friend is an event pet that mostly drops Gold and Egg, with a rare chance at Fruit Cake. It was unlocked on day 10 of the Christmas advent calendar.
Bat Friend is an event pet that can drop Void Shard, Frozen Pumpkin, or Raw Meat.
Long Peeper Pet is an event pet that mostly drops Cooked Egg, with an occasional Gold.
Crab Pet is an event pet that drops Raw Crab, Raw Gold, or Raw Iron.
Balloon Dog Pet is an event pet that drops Crystal Chunk, Gold, or Prickly Pear.
Pet Bunny is an event pet that only ever drops Carrot.
Bird Pet is an event pet that mostly drops Raw Meat, with an occasional Void Shard.
Capybara is an event pet that drops Gold, Orange, or Raw Iron.
Gobbler Buddy is an event pet that only ever drops Pumpkin.
Turtle Pet is an event pet that mostly drops Gold, with an occasional Egg or Raw Iron.
Chick Pet is an event pet that only ever drops Cooked Egg.
Brown Bunny Pet is an event pet that only ever drops Carrot.
Spider Pet is an event pet that mostly drops Pumpkin, with occasional Crystal Chunk, Gold, Raw Iron, or Void Shard.
Teddy Pet is an event pet that mostly drops Gold or Raw Iron, with occasional Cooked Egg, Crystal Chunk, or Void Shard.
Peeper Pet is an event pet that only ever drops Cooked Egg.
Trivia
Peeper Pet, Long Peeper Pet, and Chick Pet all share the exact same drop pool of Cooked Egg only.
Pet Bunny and Brown Bunny Pet are functionally identical, both only ever dropping Carrot.
Reaper Pet has the longest drop interval of any pet, taking noticeably longer to find something than the rest.
