Grasslands
Last updated July 18, 2026
The Grasslands is the largest biome in the Overworld and sits right in the center of the map. It is mostly rolling grass and rock with some basic wildlife, and it makes up the bulk of the game's islands and locations. Because it borders most of the Spawn Islands, it is where nearly every player starts out, gathering Wood, Stone, and early ores before heading out to the harsher biomes.
Resources and wildlife
The Grasslands is stocked with the game's early materials. You will find the basic trees, shrubs, and crops for food and crafting, along with the rocks, nodes, and Shellies that supply Stone, Coal, Iron, and Gold.
Trees: Small Tree, Orange Tree, Apple Tree, Banana Tree (Ravine Island), and Sun Tree (Spirit Island).
Shrubs and crops: Bush, Sun Shrub (Spirit Island), Big Bush, Berry Bush, Corn, Barley, and Carrot Plant.
Rocks and nodes: Small Rock, Big Rock, Stone Node, Iron Node (Gold Mountain), and Gold Node.
Shellies: Stone Shelly, Coal Shelly, Iron Shelly, Gold Shelly, and Giant Shelly.
Wildlife: Rabbit and Scavenger Ant Mound.
Sub-locations
Mainland
The Mainland is the heart of the Grasslands, a wide stretch of grass and rock split apart by rivers. A large cave sits near its center, surrounded by a steady supply of basic resources. Since it borders most of the Spawn Islands, it is usually the busiest part of the map, full of new players and freshly made tribes.
Waterfall Island

Waterfall Island sits directly beneath Feather Island, one of the game's Floating Islands, with a large waterfall pouring down from it into the sea below.
Ravine Island

Ravine Island is named for the long, steep ravine that cuts across it and drops into a cave. It connects to Gold Mountain and grows plenty of Corn. Down in the ravine you will find Coal, Iron, and Gold along with some Stone, which makes it a favorite spot for slightly more advanced players to set up a base.
Gold Mountain

Gold Mountain is the best place to farm Gold in the Grasslands, with six Gold Nodes across it, two up on the peaks and four tucked inside a cave. It also holds the entrance to the Adurite Cave and connects to Ravine Island. Outside of the occasional player mining its Gold, you will rarely run into anyone up here.
Mountain
The Mountain separates Waterfall Island from Spirit Island. It has a small cave and two water tunnels running through it that let you cross from one side to the other.
Spirit Island

Spirit Island is a quiet island dotted with Sun Trees and Sun Shrubs. A small pond on it leads down into the Ancient Underwater Cave, home to the Old God.
